General Labor – Packaging, Racking & Shipping

Architectural Metals is hiring dependable team members for packaging, racking, and shipping roles in Wausau, WI. These positions offer summer employment, temp-to-hire opportunities, and potential for permanent full-time careers.

Pay

Starting pay: $19.50/hour with shift premiums of $2.00 for 2nd, 3rd, and 12-hour night shifts.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 12-Hour Day Shift (2-2-3): 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 12-Hour Night Shift (2-2-3): 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Package finished products for shipment
• Rack and move materials throughout production
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts
• Assist with shipping and receiving
• Use hand tools and measuring devices
• Perform basic computer data entry
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move materials safely
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Strong attendance and reliability

Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
