General Labor Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate milk processing equipment such as Evaporators, Separators, Ultra Filtration Equipment and Milk Pasteurizers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately record weights, start time, down time, pounds produced, and pallets produced.
• Perform required production tests to ensure product meets specified standards.
• Complete and maintain any and all required logs, records, etc.
• Comply with all relevant HACCP, USDA, FDA, SQF, MDA, GMP, and Food Safety Standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Reliable and consistent attendance required.
• Positive energetic personality.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Read and understand standard operating procedures in a team environment.
• Constantly stand/walk, frequently bend/flex/twist/squat/carry for an 8-hour shift.
• Safely handle cleaning products and chemicals.
• Comply with all applicable food safety regulations and mandates.
