General Labor Fulfillment Associate

Crown Staffing is hiring for a full-time General Labor Fulfillment Associate. Schedule will be discussed during the interview; overtime may be available based on business needs. Pay rate: $18.70/hr.

About the Role

As a General Labor Fulfillment Associate, you will support warehouse operations in a stable manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, prepare, and load outbound customer orders accurately and damage-free.
• Verify shipments against packing lists and inspect products for quality.
• Create and maintain shipping documentation and warehouse records.
• Operate an industrial saw to prepare product samples as needed.
• Label, package, and organize samples for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse using workplace organization practices.
• Support warehouse operations and complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and follow all safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to complete shipping paperwork accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
