Fulfillment Associate

About the role

Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers, vendors and jurisdictional agencies. Perform searches, document retrieval, document preparation and execution, filings and/or recordings at all jurisdictional levels. Assist with order fulfillment and problem resolution, escalating issues as necessary. Understand and explain WKLS service offerings, procedures, processes, methodologies and delivery options, as well as jurisdictional requirements. Make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction, retention, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings and financial results. Follow existing procedures and processes, and make recommendations to enhance and improve them.

Responsibilities

• Perform searches, document retrieval, document preparation and execution, filings and/or recordings at all jurisdictional levels.
• Absorb and explain WKLS service offerings, procedures, processes, methodologies and delivery options, as well as jurisdictional requirements.
• Assist with order fulfillment and problem resolution, escalating issues as necessary.
• Make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction, retention, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings and financial results.
• Follow existing procedures and processes, and make recommendations to enhance and improve them.

Requirements

• Full understanding of service level agreements for assigned tasks and ability to make well-informed, timely decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality work at all times.
• Understand the full array of WKLS products and the ability to up-sell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 2+ years of order entry, customer service, administrative office work.
• PREFERRED: Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title abstracting, and/or commercial banking.

Skills

• Ability to understand, demonstrate, and explain WKLS service offerings, procedures, processes, methodologies and delivery options as well as jurisdictional requirements to customers, team members and/or vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality work at all times.
• Understand the full array of WKLS products and the ability to up sell.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
