General Labor - 3rd shift

About the role

We currently have an opening for a General Labor position on 3rd shift at our manufacturing facility located in Bedford Park Box, IL. We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math
• Inspecing and accurately completing quality and administrative documents
• Following directions
• Cleaning-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up

Requirements

One (1) year of experience in related duties highly preferred.

Qualifications

Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a manufacturing environment.

Skills

Basic math skills, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and teamwork.

Pay

$23.20 per hour plus .30 cents for shift differential

Schedule

11:00 pm to 7:00 am – Monday-Friday
