General Labor - 3rd shift

About the role

Provide operational support to maximize production while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all workplace standards and safety procedures, including cGMPs, OSHA, SOPs, and Company Policies and Guidelines.
• Follow equipment operating parameters to maximize production, while meeting all product specifications.
• Unload empty jars from pallets and load empty jars onto conveyor belts.
• Assemble corrugated components and pack finished products into boxes.
• Stack finished cases onto pallets following the correct Ti-Hi pattern.
• Build displays and assortments in project areas.
• Visually inspect jars, candles, labels, and other items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• To successfully perform this job, an individual must satisfactorily complete each essential duty.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in a high paced facility preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely in a production environment required.
• Demonstrated ability to read/interpret/follow instructions in regard to workplace documentation, such as SOP’s, Operator Checklists, Work Instructions, etc.
• Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as required, based on production demands.

Physical & Environmental Abilities

• Low Sensitivity to a highly fragranced work environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently. May be required to lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to bend, sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, reach, reach above shoulders, utilize fine finger movements, handle objects requiring manual dexterity.
• Able to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time.
• Able to be around moving machinery.
• Exposure to marked changes in temperature and/or humidity.
• Excellent color acuity.
