General Labor-3rd Shift
About the role
We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment at our manufacturing facility located in Bedford Park Box, IL. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Counting and stacking finished product
- Reading factory orders
- Accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math
- Inspecting
- Accurately completing quality and administrative documents
- Following directions
- Clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as required
Pay
$23.20 per hour plus $0.30 shift differential for 3rd shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am, Monday-Friday).
Sign-on and Retention Bonus
$500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year, and an additional bonus at 2 years.
Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience in related duties highly preferred
- Must pass a pre-employment aptitude test and panel interview
- Must pass mandatory background checks and drug screening
