General Labor – 2nd Shift Erie Industrial Products (EIP) – Oberlin, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Looking for a Hands-On Manufacturing Opportunity? Erie Industrial Products is hiring General Laborers for our second shift. We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are ready to learn, work with their hands, and support our manufacturing operations. What You’ll Do Support daily production and manufacturing operations Assist with assembly and other general production tasks Move and stage materials throughout the production area Operate basic tools and equipment after proper training Inspect parts and finished products for quality Follow work instructions and established production procedures Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow company safety requirements and wear required PPE Work closely with team members to meet production goals Perform other production duties as needed What We’re Looking For Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn new manufacturing skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required If you’re dependable, ready to work, and interested in growing your manufacturing experience, we want to hear from you.
