About the role
The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, and coordinating with external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to cleaning standards.
- Oversee facility maintenance tasks including repairs and upgrades.
- Coordinate with external vendors for services such as landscaping and janitorial work.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns regarding facility conditions.
- Document all maintenance activities and report issues to appropriate departments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with property management systems.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
