About the role

General Labor Position at a Richmond/Rosenberg area manufacturing facility seeking a dependable candidate to train and build a career with the company. The role requires working a rotating shift across all three shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote within the line of progression established by the facility
• Maintain inspection records and complete work orders
• Attend safety training sessions and pass associated tests for job duty requirements
• Operate equipment including forklift, packer, hand trucks, scoop, shovel, broom, pressure washer, tape measure, scales, fall restraint systems, mid‑loading equipment, and car pullers

Requirements

• Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero‑injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• Able to meet physical requirements of the position, including but not limited to: physical testing of up to 50 lbs, prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.)
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and call‑in/call‑back when needed
• Demonstrate initiative to work independently while remaining flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed

Pay

$15.00 per hour

Schedule

Rotating shift covering all three shifts: 1st shift 7 AM–3 PM, 2nd shift 3 PM–11 PM, 3rd shift 11 PM–7 AM.
