About the role

Falcon Manufacturing, a division of NOA Brands America, Inc., is a custom fabrication facility for sheet metal, tubing, and wire components. Falcon provides economical manufacturing to large volume clients through our highly trained staff, advanced manufacturing technology, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing.

Falcon is looking to add General Help to our Metal Shop team. The right candidate will have an opportunity to learn from experienced operators on machines such as CNC Punch Press, Laser Cutters, Spot Welding, Welders and Press Brakes, wire bender, Pemserter, manual drill press, manual lathe, and manual milling machine.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials
• Assist other employees or machine centers as needed
• Maintain work area
• May perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require

• Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in a timely manner

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds
• Ability to sit, walk and stand for long shifts (up to 10 hours)
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work in noisy environment, varying temperatures

Bonus Points

• Experience in metal shop production
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of equipment and ability to read blueprints is a plus

Pay

Hourly from $16.00–$18.00 depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm; overtime as needed.
