About the role
We are seeking a Foreman to support field operations on a long-term critical infrastructure project in Olathe, Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trades professional or emerging field leader looking to take the next step into construction leadership. The ideal candidate may come from backgrounds such as:
- Foreman
- Lead Tradesperson
- Electrical Superintendent (Junior Level)
- Mechanical Foreman
- Site Lead
- Gas Systems Foreman
- Critical Infrastructure Field Lead
This role will work closely with Superintendents and Project Management to ensure project safety, quality, scheduling, and daily field coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct daily field activities for craft labor and subcontractors.
- Coordinate work activities to maintain project schedules and productivity goals.
- Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards.
- Assist with manpower planning, material coordination, and site logistics.
- Serve as a key point of communication between field crews and project leadership.
- Track project progress and proactively identify potential issues.
- Support quality control efforts and ensure work is completed to project specifications.
- Maintain a professional and team-oriented jobsite culture.
Requirements
- Experience leading field crews in commercial, industrial, utility, or critical infrastructure construction.
- Background in electrical, mechanical, utility, gas, or related construction trades.
- Experience serving as a Foreman, Lead, or Superintendent on construction projects.
- Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate work activities in the field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Desire to continue growing into larger leadership opportunities.

Project & Growth Opportunity
Initial project is expected to run approximately 18 months in Olathe, KS. Opportunity to continue with future projects as the company expands its project portfolio. Long-term growth path into Superintendent and senior field leadership roles.
Pay
$110,000 - $125,000 per year
