Full Time: Wednesday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
About the Role
United Dental Corporation is seeking a General Dentist to join our growing team in the Phoenix market. We are looking for a provider committed to comprehensive dentistry, clinical excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, educating patients, and providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment. Specific practice placement will be discussed during the interview process based on provider experience, schedule preferences, and business needs.
Patient Mix: PPO / FFS
Compensation: W-2 Employment | 30% of Collections + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
- Develop and present treatment plans
- Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care
- Endodontics
- Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Build long-term patient relationships through trust and quality care

Requirements
- Required DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Dental License in Arizona
- DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Invisalign® Certification
- Implant Restoration Experience (Preferred)
- Implant Placement Experience (Preferred)
- Cosmetic dentistry experience (Preferred)
- Endodontic experience (Preferred)
- Oral surgery experience (Preferred)
