Requirements

• Doctorate degree, specifically a Board Certified DDS or DMD
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Current license to practice as a Dentist in Arizona
• License to prescribe narcotics with DEA number
• Knowledge of Dental Software (Eaglesoft preferred)
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products

Qualifications
