Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care with a focus on trust and comfort.
• Make clinical decisions autonomously while leveraging Heartland Dental’s resources and support.
• Utilize advanced dental technology to provide efficient and high-quality care.
• Become credentialed with various dental insurance plans to ensure seamless patient coverage.
• Participate in periodic virtual or in-person training sessions to stay current with industry advancements.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, including regular training and safeguarding patient health information (PHI).

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Arizona.
• Commitment to continuous learning and expanding clinical skills.
• Ability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged sitting/standing and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Willingness to undergo tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
