About the Role

Inspire Dental- Cary is seeking a passionate and driven General Dentist to join our dynamic team. This opportunity offers clinical autonomy while being supported by the resources and expertise of Heartland Dental, the nation’s largest Dental Support Organization.

Collaborate with a high-performing 8-person team that thrives on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and communicative work culture. Utilize state-of-the-art tools, including an iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI, to provide advanced and efficient care for your patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care with a focus on trust and comfort.
• Become credentialed with various dental insurance plans to ensure seamless coverage for patients.
• Perform essential duties, including prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and occasional lifting of up to 45 pounds.
• Attend periodic virtual or in-person training sessions to stay current with industry advancements.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and protect patient health information (PHI).

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of North Carolina.
• Commitment to continuous learning and expanding clinical skills.
• Ability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Completion of tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
