Requirements

  • Education & Licensure: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, with an active and unrestricted license in North Carolina.
  • Dedication to Excellence: Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care with a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.

  • Credentialing: Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans for seamless patient coverage.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Versatility in sitting and standing for prolonged periods, adapting to the dynamic nature of dental practice.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary.
  • Availability to attend periodic virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
  • Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
