Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice in North Carolina.
  • Dedication to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care with a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and expanding clinical skills.
  • Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing, adapting to the dynamic nature of dental practice.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary.
  • Availability to attend periodic virtual or in-person training sessions.
  • Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
