Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, protect PHI, and complete required HIPAA training.
• Become credentialed with dental insurance plans.
• Attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• Complete a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (standard requirement).
• Collaborate with the practice manager, on‑site team, and Heartland Dental network to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of Wisconsin.
