General Construction Laborer

MA Restoration is looking for a skilled and motivated General Construction Laborer to join our crew! In this role, you'll be a key player in our restoration and mitigation projects, helping bring properties back to life. You'll team up with seasoned pros, learning valuable skills and gaining hands-on experience in the construction and restoration world. Responsibilities

• Someone that values personal appearance for the purposes of interacting with clients
• Assisting with various mitigation and restoration tasks, including demolition, carpentry, painting, and general labor duties
• Operating and maintaining construction equipment and tools under supervision
• Loading and unloading materials and supplies at project sites
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Following instructions from supervisors and adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements

• Prior experience in construction or restoration work is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work year round
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A valid driver's license

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 based on experience
