What You'll Be Doing
- Direct field production and lead a sizable crew of skilled concrete tradespeople across active job sites
- Manage and coordinate concrete subcontractors on large-scale projects valued at $10M and above
- Distribute labor, equipment, and materials efficiently across multiple concurrent jobs
- Uphold quality standards across formwork, panel work, flatwork, and pour operations
- Champion a strong safety culture and maintain full OSHA compliance across the division
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of hands-on concrete construction experience, including several years leading multi-project field operations
- Solid background in tilt-up panel construction on industrial or commercial builds
- Working knowledge of state building codes and ACI guidelines
- History of successfully leading large self-perform crews
- OSHA 30 certification required; additional ACI field testing credentials a plus
- Spanish/English bilingual ability a strong advantage
