About the role
The General Clerk III position is responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. This includes handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with other clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for department heads and executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Assist with data entry and record management.
- Provide general office support, such as answering phones and managing supplies.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with customer service and interpersonal communication.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay

Schedule
