Pay
Hourly rate: $17.20
Responsibilities
- Attend the OMS/At Risk/Projection Team meeting and scheduling meetings weekly
- Complete purchase requisitions, check requests, petty cash, and perform market research for Academics and CTT as requested
- Order office supplies and equipment
- Create changes to schedules based on student needs and audit current schedules to reflect correct student course profiles
- Ensure an unexcused absence list is sent to all staff daily and correct excused absences when appropriate
- Ensure Driver’s Permits and License Information is entered into CIS and assist with entering passes if needed
- Log all certificates, CTT credentials, and HSDs; immediately take credentials and HSD/HSE to the Records Department
- Maintain HSE binder and board with new students and transcripts (copies, messages, and mailings)
- Serve as a “back-up” for General Clerk I as needed; General Clerk I will serve as “back-up” for this position
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year’s experience in a complex administrative capacity preferred
- Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Applications
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with decision-making, flexibility, and problem-solving
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred
- Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy

The program helps eligible young people ages 16 through 24 complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, and assists them with obtaining employment.
