General Clerk I
About the role
Koniag Advisory Business Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a General Clerk I to support KABS and our government customer at Poplar, MT. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This position is covered under the Service Contract Act. Responsibilities
- PRC Program Support
- Complete and maintain applications for Purchased Referred Care (PRC) program
- Process PRC documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Aid patients with PRC application procedures and requirements
- Communications & Customer Service
- Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls to appropriate PRC staff
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Obtain and provide information regarding patient billing, charges, payments, and outstanding account balances
- Respond to routine inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Administrative Duties
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments and personnel
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
- Support general office operations as needed
- Patient Transportation Coordination
- Control and assign travel arrangements for patient transport
- Maintain accurate trip logs and transportation documentation
- Cookordination with transportation providers and track patient travel requirements

- Meet minimum qualification requirements as outlined in prime contract
