General Carpenter Restoration & Repairs Year Round
About the role
Perform general carpentry and reconstruction work including framing, drywall, trim, flooring, and light structural repairs.
Complete supplemental repairs for in-house work.
Assist with demolition, site preparation, and job cleanup as needed.
Work from scopes of work and estimates to complete jobs accurately.
Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Communicate with project managers and team members to ensure job quality and timelines are met.
Identify and report additional damage or scope changes when encountered.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2+ years of general carpentry or construction experience.
- Experience with drywall installation/repair, trim and finish carpentry, and basic framing.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in active job sites (dust, noise, varying conditions).
- Experience in restoration or insurance-based repairs.
- Light painting, flooring, or finishing skills.
- Ability to read basic scopes or estimates.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments.
- Steady, year-round work.

- Ability to communicate effectively with project managers and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
