Job Duties
Geisinger’s Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join the growing practice at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.
About the Role
The position will be based at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. The Heart & Vascular Institute spans a 31-county service area and has 69 Cardiologists, 12 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 12 Vascular Surgeons, as well as 82 Advanced Practitioners. This team provides care in a complement of 5 acute care tertiary/quaternary hospitals, 4 community hospitals, numerous outreach locations and together performs over 10,000 cardiac procedures and 60,000 echocardiograms annually.
