Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts, components, and products using hand tools, power tools, and equipment as required.
- Follow assembly instructions, technical drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect parts for defects or inconsistencies during assembly and report quality issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support production flow.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure assembled products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Adhere to company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.
Material Handling
- Retrieve materials and components from storage or production areas for assembly.
- Handle and organize parts and subassemblies to ensure efficient workflow.
- Auxiliary in inventory counts and report material shortages or discrepancies.
Safety and Environment
Contribute to a safe, environmentally responsible production environment by promoting best practices and continuous improvement in health, safety, and sustainability.

Preferred qualifications
- Candidate must have some or all of the following Educational/Technical requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments is a plus.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings or assembly instructions.

Working Conditions
- Work is performed on the production floor, often standing or walking for extended periods.
- Exposure to machinery, tools, and varying temperatures may occur.
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift and carry materials or components, typically up to 30–50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
- Safety compliance and use of PPE is mandatory at all times.
