About the role
As a Wire Harness Assembler, you will assemble wire harnesses used in the agricultural, construction, and defense industries. This position involves combining and routing wires, attaching connectors, binding wires, and placing split loom over wires. Each day presents different builds, ensuring varied work.

Responsibilities
- Assemble wire harnesses by combining and routing wires, attaching connectors, binding wires, and placing split loom.
- Read and follow wire and weld diagrams, as well as blueprints.
- Accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
- Continuously complete assigned tasks and meet production goals.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production and manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of time.
- Good eyesight with accurate color vision.
- Good dexterity with hands.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekend hours as needed.
- Timeliness in reporting to work and properly clocking in/out.
