Essential Functions
- Performs any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools
- Performs any mechanic-type functions, using hand or power tools
- Operates forklift as required. (training available for this function)
- Performs related duties as needed by supervision
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance. The employee is often required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel and crouch. Types of tools that you will be using include, but not limited to:
- Belt Sander
- Drills
- Rivet Nut Gun
- Grinders
- Fabrication Skills
- Saws
- Rotors
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Required Education and Experience
No specific requirement for a diploma or degree from technical institution or equivalent experience, but they are desired and considered.
