General Assembler - Urgent Need (1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts)

About the role

General Assembler position in Moncks Corner, SC. 12‑month contract, 40 hours per week. Working for a Medical Device Company. Entry‑level role. Contract on W2; U.S. citizens or Green Card holders only.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
• Set up, operate, perform maintenance on, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• Work within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods, adhering to quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work regularly and punctually.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; occasionally lift or move at least 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Zero to one year of manufacturing assembly experience.

Skills

• Effective communication skills understandable to co‑workers and team lead/supervisor.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend English specifications and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use basic measurement tools such as microscopes.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to get along with people and work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.

Pay

$16‑$20 per hour.

Schedule

• 1st shift: Monday‑Thursday, 5:30 am – 3:30 pm.
• 2nd shift: Monday‑Thursday, 5:30 pm – 3:30 am.
