General Assembler - 2nd & 3rd Shifts (Urgent Need)

Location: Sandy, UT

Duration: 12 months (full‑time, 40 hrs/week)

Employment type: Contract on W‑2 (U.S. citizens or green card holders only)

Pay

$16–$20 per hour

Schedule

• 2nd shift: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
• 3rd shift: 10:30 pm – 7:00 am

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, manufacture, assemble, test, and package medical devices.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with specifications.
• Follow clearly defined SOPs and scientific methods while adhering to quality guidelines.
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Zero to one (0–1) year of manufacturing assembly experience (entry level).
• Effective communication skills; able to convey information to co‑workers and supervisors.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Proficiency with basic measurement tools, such as microscopes.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours and report punctually.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Occasionally required to lift or move at least 50 lb.
