Help Shape the Future of AI
Join our team and contribute to improving the reliability of today’s AI models by evaluating and refining AI-generated advertising advice.
Responsibilities
- Read simulated advertiser-AI conversations and evaluate the technical accuracy of the chatbot's recommendations.
- Fact-check platform strategies against correct campaign structures (campaign > ad set > ad hierarchy) and full-funnel objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Interpret data to ensure performance metrics (CPR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, frequency) logically support the AI's advice.
- Use critical thinking to flag inaccurate, misleading, outdated, or hallucinated AI responses.
- Write clear, actionable feedback to correct errors and improve model performance. (Full training provided)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, Linguistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on digital advertising campaign management (Meta Ads Manager strongly preferred; Google Ads acceptable) OR 1+ year with demonstrated Meta Ads Manager proficiency across multiple campaign types.
- End-to-end campaign building experience with a strong working knowledge of campaign hierarchy, full-funnel objectives, and key performance metrics.
- Exceptional English written communication and reading comprehension to articulate complex feedback clearly.
- Located in the USA with a reliable computer (Windows 10+ or macOS Catalina+) and high-speed internet.
- Available 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday) and reachable online from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during your first 10 business days for training and setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Meta's Advantage+ suite (Advantage+ Shopping, Advantage+ Audience, Advantage+ Creative).
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation (Custom and Lookalike Audiences, broad targeting, retargeting vs. prospecting).
- Experience running native A/B or split tests in Meta and setting up conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API).
- Familiarity with Meta's advertising policies, prohibited content, and Special Ad Categories (housing, employment, credit).
- Basic awareness of AI/LLM limitations and prior experience in quality assurance, content evaluation, data labeling, or AI annotation.
What We Offer
- Remote, W2 part-time role at $32/hour with timely payments.
- Flexible Monday–Friday schedule to maintain work-life balance.
- The opportunity to directly influence and shape the future of advertising AI.
