Responsibilities
- Afford with identifying, managing, and optimizing company office spaces and employee housing.
- Cookordinate employee dormitory leases, move-in and move-out activities, maintenance requests, and utility-related matters.
- Support administration of company vehicles, including records, maintenance, and employee coordination.
- Establish, maintain, and update the company’s fixed-asset tracking system.
- Register and track office furniture, equipment, mobile devices, vehicles, and other company assets.
- Manage purchasing and inventory levels for office supplies, stationery, and operational materials.
- Cookordinate office and housing renovation, preventive maintenance, and routine repair projects.
- Manage company mobile devices, SIM card applications, service accounts, and related records.
- Conduct scheduled physical inventory audits to verify the accuracy of fixed-asset records.
- Communicate with vendors, landlords, service providers, employees, and internal departments.
- Maintain organized administrative records, invoices, contracts, inventory lists, and supporting documentation.
- Perform additional general affairs and administrative duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong organization, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general business software.
- Comfortable coordinating with vendors, employees, and outside service providers.
- Able to work independently while supporting multiple internal departments.
- Experience in office administration, general affairs, facilities coordination, purchasing, asset management, or employee services is preferred.
- Experience supporting employee housing or company vehicles is a plus.
- Mandarin-English bilingual ability is preferred, but not required.
- Must be comfortable working full-time on-site in Phoenix.
Pay
$60,000–$75,000 DOE
