About the role
The Gender and Sexuality Studies and Queer Studies Programs at CSU Fullerton invite applications for a Part-Time Lecturer Pool. We seek experienced, organized, and student-centered individuals to teach in various Gender & Sexuality Studies courses.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses in Gender & Sexuality Studies 100, 105, 205, 302, and 320.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures and engage students in discussions.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback.
- Maintain accurate records and submit reports as required.
- Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or ABD status in a relevant field.
- Experience teaching in higher education.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
- Understanding of Feminist/gender theory, Queer Theory, and Critical Race Theory.
