- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of success working in complex environments.
Skills
- Experience managing teams in software development environment.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, design, data science).
- Lead the development of context-aware, multimodal AI agents.
- Enable intelligent agent orchestration across devices and environments.
- Define and drive the product roadmap for Gen AI capabilities.
- Design AI behaviors that can reason, recall, and act autonomously.
- Architect and implement end-to-end generative AI pipelines.
Benefits
- Target Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $178,600 USD.
