Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Lead technical reviews and provide guidance on best practices in software engineering.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software engineering or management.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
