GenAI Engineer

Position Description

This role focuses on improving access decisions, certification quality, governance workflows, and operational efficiency by embedding AI into identity management systems. The ideal candidate will leverage strong Python development skills to build AI-powered enterprise applications and integrate large language models (LLMs) into production environments.

Required Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered enterprise applications
• Knowledge of LLMs, agentic AI workflows, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks
• Experience with LangChain or similar AI orchestration tools
• Strong Python programming skills
• SQL and complex data pipeline development
• Experience processing identity, entitlement, and usage data
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications
• API development and workflow automation
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Understanding of distributed systems and enterprise architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience

• Experience building recommendation engines or AI-based classification models
• Explainable AI and model governance

• Security or identity domain experience
• AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer)
