Gen Maintenance Mechanic II

About the role

As a General Maintenance Mechanic II (Electrician) at Lankenau Medical Center, you will be a key component of the Main Line Health team, ensuring a superior patient experience by performing trades‑level electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work while also managing, planning, and scheduling maintenance and construction projects. You will coordinate a variety of repair and maintenance duties with advanced proficiency and respond to requests in a timely, respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform tradesman‑level electrical, plumbing, and carpentry duties.
• Manage, plan, and schedule maintenance and construction projects.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance tasks with advanced proficiency.
• Respond to service requests promptly and courteously.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recent maintenance experience preferred; healthcare maintenance experience a plus.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform required job duties.
• Valid driver’s license in the United States with current insurance.
• Specialty certification or license may be required based on assignment.
