Gen Maintenance Mechanic II

About the role

As a General Maintenance Mechanic II, you will perform tradesman-level electrical, plumbing, or carpentry duties and manage, plan, and schedule maintenance and construction projects. You will coordinate a variety of repair and maintenance tasks with advanced proficiency, focusing on a specific area or need, and respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner to ensure a superior patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform tradesman-level electrical, plumbing, or carpentry work.
• Manage, plan, and schedule maintenance and construction projects.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance duties with advanced proficiency.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and respectfully.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recent maintenance experience (healthcare experience a plus).
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform job duties.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with current insurance.
• Specialty certification or license may be required based on assignment.
