Required Qualifications Knowledge of teaching strategies and methods for adult education.Strong written and spoken English communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Strong classroom management, organizational, and planning skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Teaching, or a related field.3+ years of High School Equivalency or adult education teaching experience.Second-language proficiency is a plus.Strong cross-cultural communication and sensitivity.Excellent technology and instructional skills.
