Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to produce gears and other precision parts.
• Follow detailed blueprints and specifications to ensure quality control.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Basic understanding of mechanical principles.
