Job Summary
All Current Electric is looking for a detail-oriented Technical Gear Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll be the critical link between our sales team and our build shop — turning customer requests into accurate, competitive quotes for our electrical product assembly business.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive and process RFQs from the sales team, developing accurate build quote packages while reviewing and incorporating relevant submittals and specifications.
- Quote confidently across multiple electrical brands, building quotes based on in-stock inventory — including power distribution panels, elevator control switches, control panels, starters, contactors, and more.
- Communicate technical details clearly and precisely, including specifications, quantities, and sketches, to ensure quote packages come back accurate the first time.
- Own communication throughout the full project lifecycle: RFQ → Quote → PO → Order → Build → Shipment.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines, prioritizing your workload to consistently deliver on time.
- Monitor project schedules, proactively flagging and resolving scheduling issues before they become problems.
- Apply your knowledge of low voltage electrical systems, components, and materials to every quote you build.
