Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Strategy & Execution: Create and manage maintenance schedules based on manuals, weather conditions, and labor availability to maximize efficiency.
  • Predictive Maintenance: Implement data-driven strategies to proactively address technical and business-related issues before they escalate.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, track site tasks, and standardize work processes (e.g., vendor onboarding, best practices).
  • Vendor & Contractor Management:
    • Staffing: Partner with contractors to ensure the right skills and staffing levels are in place.
    • Performance: Hold partners accountable for quality, safety, and operational targets.
    • Safety Culture: Foster a strong, uncompromising safety environment across all third-party teams.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Standards: Ensure all work meets company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs), maintenance results, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
  • Professional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Proven ability to host and facilitate virtual meetings, capture detailed minutes, and manage action-item tracking for timely follow-up.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint (professional presentation development).
  • Project Coordination: Ability to organize tasks, manage project documentation, and maintain accurate records of operational activities.

Schedule

May 2027 to August 2027 (Summer internship).

Pay

The pay range for this position is $1,000–$2,000 USD weekly. The specific pay offered may be influenced by the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Benefits

  • Relocation Assistance: Reimbursement for reasonable, documented expenditures incurred when initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment (eligible if permanent address is greater than 50 miles from the work location).
  • Housing Allowance: Weekly housing stipend to offset living expenses when the intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles from the work location.
