About the role

As an intern of the Wind Services HR team, you will be an active contributor in exploring AI and digital solutions that improve HR service delivery, reduce administrative burden, and enable more strategic use of team resources. Additionally, you will analyze HR processes and employee touchpoints to identify opportunities for automation, improved data insights, and enhanced user experiences while ensuring appropriate governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the evaluation of AI and digital technologies that can improve HR service delivery, enhance employee experiences, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Analyze existing HR processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and administrative burden reduction.
  • Conduct research on emerging HR technologies, industry trends, and best practices to inform recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze HR data to identify insights, measure process effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with HR team members and business stakeholders to understand pain points and help develop technology-enabled solutions.
  • Assist in testing, piloting, and assessing new tools and technologies, including documenting findings, outcomes, and recommendations.
  • Support the development of process documentation, user guides, and communications related to new digital solutions and process improvements.
  • Ensure all recommendations and technology initiatives align with company policies, data privacy requirements, and established governance standards.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Passion for process improvement, digital transformation, and applying AI technologies to solve real-world business challenges.
  • Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Experience with data analysis, technology-enabled projects, workflow automation, or researching and evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., AI tools such as agents).

Pay

The pay range for this position is $1,000–$2,000 USD weekly. The specific pay offered may be influenced by the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
