GCPC Journeyman Specialist

Responsibilities

• Audit support for the Marine Corps Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Program
• Financial analysis
• Policy implementation
• Program administration
• Business process execution
• Assist with execution of Purchase Card Program Management Reviews (PPMAP)
• Review purchase card transactions for compliance
• Monitor financial metrics and reporting requirements
• Analyze payment certification and delinquency reports
• Support monthly and quarterly audit reporting
• Support corrective action tracking
• Perform data validation and reconciliation activities
• Maintain program records and SharePoint content
• Support training development
• Research acquisition regulations and policy changes
• Support implementation of new business processes
• Assist with enterprise system testing and integration efforts
• Provide administrative support for program management activities

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance
• DoD Purchase Card Programs Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) knowledge
• US Bank Access Online Insights on Demand understanding
• Navy ERP PIEE Headquarters Marine Corps organizations familiarity
