About the Role
An established gastroenterology program just outside Nashville is adding a gastroenterologist to a collegial five‑physician team. The position offers immediate procedural volume, experienced APP support, and expanding endoscopy capacity within a streamlined single‑hospital model designed to support productivity and long‑term work‑life balance.
Compensation
$650K guaranteed base salary with RVU bonus potential, plus additional incentives including loan forgiveness and mortgage assistance.
Practice Structure
Three dedicated procedure days per week supported by new endoscopy suites and Olympus platforms.
Team Support
Join five gastroenterologists and four experienced APRNs within a streamlined single‑hospital system.
Call & Workflow
Light call schedule with inpatient rounding assistance provided by a dedicated nurse practitioner.
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Comfortable practicing within a collaborative hospital‑based GI team
