Job Duties
- Maintains proper function of gas pumps during operation.
- Affixes labels to gas stations and monitors fuel deliveries.
- Assists members with questions and concerns.
- Performs routine maintenance and inspections of station equipment.
- Ensures compliance with fire codes and safety policies.
- Responds to alarms and uses fire extinguishers as necessary.
- Manages spill clean-up using appropriate agents and disposing of materials safely.
- Loads pump receipt tape and ribbons.
- Researches and documents area competitive pricing.
- Operates vehicles, equipment, or machinery as needed.
- Assists with various departmental tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate vehicles, equipment, or machinery.
- High level of member service skills.
- Knowledge of gas station operations and safety protocols.
- Basic understanding of fire codes and emergency response procedures.
