About the role

The Garden Supervisor at JAZ Adonia will play a vital role in executing the daily operations of our landscaping team. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Gardener and assisting in the daily oversight of ground staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring plant health
• Inspecting completed work for quality
• Ensuring that all gardening equipment is properly maintained and safely stored

Requirements

This is a hands-on role that requires both administrative support for the department and field supervision to keep our resort gardens looking spectacular throughout the year.
