The Role We are seeking a motivated Garden & Lawn Maintenance Team Member to join our growing team. This role offers flexible hours and can be structured as either part-time or full-time, depending on the successful candidate's availability and preferences. Working across several premium residential communities centred around Bracken Ridge, you'll help maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor common areas to the high standards our clients expect. Whether you have previous experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a similar outdoor role, or you're looking to further develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you. While full training and support will be provided, applicants should have some experience using common gardening equipment and power tools and be comfortable working in an outdoor environment. What's on Offer? Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 per annum plus superannuation (pro rata for part-time arrangements), depending on experience Flexible Hours to suit your lifestyle and commitments Full-Time or Part-Time Employment Options On-the-Job Training and ongoing support Tools and Equipment Provided Stable Long-Term Career Opportunity Supportive Family-Owned Business Work across well-maintained residential communities throughout Brisbane's northern suburbs Your Responsibilities Mowing lawns to a high standard Planting, Pruning & Maintaining gardens Keeping common areas clean, tidy, and well-presented Assisting with fertilising and seasonal garden improvements Removing green waste and debris Basic equipment care & prestart checks Working closely with other team members and supervisors Interacting politely and professionally with residents when required What We're Looking For Some previous experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, landscaping, horticulture, or a similar outdoor role Experience using lawn mowers, brush cutters, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other gardening power tools and equipment Confidence working outdoors in varying weather conditions A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pride in maintaining gardens and lawns to a high standard Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual work Current Australian Driver Licence required Join Our Team If you're looking for a rewarding outdoor role with flexible working arrangements, full training, and the opportunity to build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.
