Responsibilities

• Attend to customers with excellence, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and monitor the preparation and delivery of dishes and beverages.
• Maintain the work area organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Assist with closing customer bills and processing payments.
• Contribute to maintaining a pleasant and welcoming environment in the establishment.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed.
• Minimum of 6 months of prior experience as a waiter or in similar roles.
• Strong communication skills, courtesy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service and basic sommelier skills (a plus).
• Fluency in another language, such as English or Spanish (a plus).
• Technical or higher education in gastronomy or services (a plus).

Schedule

6x1 rotating shift with the following working hours: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM.
